Hello!

This is Fabio Toniolo and I’m the Founder and Key Person of Experia.

I’m an Industrial Aerospace Engineer graduated from the University of Padova – Italy, working in Solar Machines Business since year 2008.

I founded my company Experia Solution Srl in year 2013 as Solar Machines manufacturing firm and since 2018 I’m mainly working as business consultant and broker of new and second-hand machines for the production of Photovoltaic Solar Modules.

I’m networking worldwide with technology and raw materials suppliers and with PV modules manufacturers.

I work as bridge and contact point with Chinese machines manufacturers.

Main Services

  1. Evaluation and Sourcing of New PV Machines in the market;
  2. Inspection and Support to Site Visit;
  3. Estimation and Promotion of Second-Hand Machines to the market;
  4. Collection and Check-up of Commercial and Technical Data;

Targets Accomplished

My main Targets Accomplished in Solar field since 2008 are:

  • > 25 NEW Turn-Key PV Modules Production Lines: Italy, Israel, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Turkey, Singapore, Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, etc.
  • > 10 SECOND-HAND PV Modules Production Lines: Argentina, The Netherlands, UK, Turkey, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Kosovo, Russia, Finland, etc.
  • Concept Design and Manufacturing of the first fully automatic production line for flexible crystalline PV modules in Italy;
  • Concept Design and Manufacturing of the first fully automatic tabber-stringer machine able to use flexible CIGS metal cells in China;
  • Concept Design and Manufacturing of the R&D Laboratory Laminator with enhanced heating system to get the best temperature uniformity of the market.

PV Consultancy Projects

My main PV Consultancy project up to 2023 are:

  • Setup of first flexible & light PV modules production line in Middle-East;
  • Setup of first BIPV modules production line in Middle-East;
  • Analysis to setup a 500MW PV modules production line in USA;
  • Analysis for relocation of EVA extrusion line in Turkey;
  • R&D of Technology to get profitable PV modules Recycling;
