200MW IBC PV modules Production Line

Second-Hand 200MW/year IBC (interdigitated back contact) PV modules Production Line is available for sale in North America.

The process is mainly automatic and inline.

Possibility to increase the production capacity up to 800MW/year with additional equipment.

Site inspection visit is feasible and it’s possible to operate the line.

4x Layup station with 6 axis Robot to put the PV strings on front encapsulant supplied by Estun Robotics;

8x Komax stringer equipped for 125 and 166mm IBC cells;

2x Foil Cutter for EVA and backsheet;

1x inline Peiyu EL tester;

5x Boost Solar BSL24550AC-H Laminator with 2400 x 5500 mm area, equipped with Leybold SP-630 Vacuum Pump / Busch COBRA NC 0630C LZ3; Heat transfer by oil; Air cooled fans at output conveyor;

1x Autoframing station;

1x Hi Pot tester;

1x Sinton tower flash tester / Halm cetisPV-IUCT-Q Xenon table flash tester / Pasan;
