420MW SmartWire PV modules manufacturing Line

Second-hand 420MW/year SmartWire Connection Technology (SWCT) PV modules Production Line is available in Europe.

The process is mainly automatic and inline. All machines are “Made in Europe”, working 400V, CE.

Manufacturing year: up to 2024

Site inspection visit is possible;

1x Frontglass‐Loader with Robot + Transfer equipment (Conveyors / Buffers / Lifts/Manual Work Stations) supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna, Germany to handle front glasses from palett to first conveyor.

1x Backglass‐Loader with Gantry supplied by Mondragon Assembly, Spain to handle back glasses from palett to first conveyor.

2x Glass washer machine supplied by GTA Glastechnik‐Anlagenbau, Germany for washing & drying of front‐ & back glasses.

1x DMC Laser station to mark Glass on surface supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

1x Foil Cutting and Placing station to put the front encapsulate on top of front glass supplied by Robust + Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna, model FSM 15-N2L Stapelv.

4x Layup station put the PV strings on front encapsulant supplied by Mondragon Assembly.

8x Cell Connection System stringer machines (CCS) to interconnect the PV cells with Foil Wire Assembly. CCS stringer machines supplied by Meyer Burger, Germany.

4x Roll to Roll Unit to produce Foil-Wire-Assembly for CCS, supplied by Meyer Burger.

2x Interconnection stations for soldering of ribbons & wires supplied by Mondragon Assembly.

1x EL tester to detect crack and damages of strings supplied by MBJ Solutions, Germany.

2x Taping Stations to place tapes on strings before lamination supplied by Mondragon Assembly.

2x back encapsulant & backsheet foils cutting and placement Stations supplied by Robust + Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna, model FSM 15 II with punching unit.

2x backglass placement Stations to put the back glass ontop of back encapsulate supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

2x laminator supplied by Robert Burkle, 3 steps, model YPSATOR 2224-6 VFF. This lamination line is suitable for the lamination of glass-backsheet and glass-glass solar modules. Encapsulation, for example, with EVA.

1x line scan camera system to check geometry & damage of PV cells matrix supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

2x junction box placement Stations that includes plasma treatment, siliconizing of J‐Box, J‐Box placement and welding supplied by MSA Maschinenbau Automatisierungstechnik, Germany.

2x Frame mounting Stations to apply silicon on frames and to place them on laminates supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

1x Siliconizing Station for feeding of J Box Station + Frame Station + Potting Station with 2K silicone supplied by ViscoTec Pumpen‐ u. Dosiertechnik, Germany.

2x EL tester + High Voltage tester to detect crack and damages of strings supplied by MBJ Solutions.

2x Potting of J‐Box with 2K silicone Station supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

2x Drying Stations for siliconized J‐Boxes & Frames on panels + Flashing Station for PV panels for assignment of the performance class supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna + Pasan.

1x Laser marking Station to mark frames with power class and text supplied by Aumann Limbach Oberfrohna.

1x Spacer & Corner Placement Station for packaging supplied by MSA Maschinenbau Automatisierungstechnik.

1x Sorting and Packaging on pallets Stations supplied by Kuka.

1x cellbox unpacking & loading System and Transfer System for cells to stringer supplied by Mieruch & Hofmann + STEIN automation, Germany.
