Brand New 500MW/year PV modules Production Line is available in Europe.
This unique PV panels manufacturing line is suitable for Net-Zero Industry Act introduced by European Union to support solar manufacturing and resilience (Regulation EU 2024/1735 of the European Parliament).
The process is mainly automatic and inline. All machines are “Made in Europe”, working 400V, CE.

Main Technology Features:
- Smart Wire Connection Technology – SWCT;
- NREL-tested technology developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany;
- Start production without prior made IEC PV module certification: co-certification is available;

- Buyer can integrate standard MBB stringer machines suitable for M6-G12R PV cells design.

2x Interconnection stations for soldering of ribbons & wires supplied by Mondragon Assembly;
1x EL tester to detect crack and damages of strings supplied by MBJ Solutions;
2x Taping Stations to place tapes on strings before lamination supplied by Mondragon Assembly;
2x back encapsulant & backsheet foils cutting and placement Stations supplied by Robust;

2x trimming station for cutting & removing of protruding encapsulate supplied by Mondragon Assembly;
2x junction box placement Stations that includes plasma treatment, siliconizing of J‐Box, J ‐ Box placement and welding;
2x Frame mounting Stations to apply silicon on frames and to place them on laminates;
1x Siliconizing Station for feeding of J Box Station + Frame Station + Potting Station with 2K silicone;
2x EL tester + High Voltage tester to detect crack and damages of strings supplied by MBJ Solutions;
2x Potting of J‐Box with 2K silicone Station;
2x Drying Stations for siliconized J‐Boxes & Frames on panels + Flashing Station supplied by Pasan;
