Ecoprogetti Flasher EL HiPot testing line
Almost New Ecoprogetti testing line is available in Europe. It’s made by flasher Ecosun Plus, EL tester Ecolab EL HR and hi-pot station Eco Hi-Pot.
The Testing line is equipped with automatic loading/unloading and uses contact blocks.
Ecosun Plus is a LED Flasher is in Triple class A++ (uniformity 1%, spectrum AM 1,5 and stable luminosity 1000 W /m2):
- Long pulse cababilities: 2 – 5 s;
- Calibrated pyranometer for irradiance measurements;
- Precise Electronic load for the characterization of the module with customized I-V range;
- Sensor to measure the module and the environment temperature;
- 2 x 1,2 m illuminated area;
- Inline work height 1500 mm;
Ecolab EL HR is a Electroluminescence tester equipped with 6 cameras 4MPx each:
- Max resolution: 0.32 mm/px
- Exposition time: from 1s to 10s per snap;
- Acquisition time for a complete module: less than 20s
EcoHiPot is a Hi-Pot Testing for standard, frameless and glass-glass panels that controls the electrical insulation of the modules during the production process in respect of the norm IEC 61215/61730.
The High Voltage Tester station performs high voltage testing on PV modules up to 1400 mm x 2300 mm. This station is equipped with special contact foam for entire surface testing of frameless type of modules.
