The foil cutter is ready to cut EVA and back sheet and it is equipped with die-cuts.
Main features:
- Single Unwinding stand of the mother ROLL for EVA/backsheet;
- Cantilevered shaft – the operator lifts just the roll not the shaft;
- 1 shaft with 3” cones suitable for EVA cardboard core;
- 1 shaft with 6” cones suitable for Backsheet cardboard core;
- diameter of the roll: 450 mm;
- weight of the roll: 75 Kg;
- Driven unwinding shaft with inverter gear motor suitable to unwind EVA roll;
- Dancer-rollers for tension control – to be used for the EVA unwinding;
- No rewinding of the protection of the EVA;
- One pneumatic brake with manual adjusting system – suitable to unwind backsheet;
