This 2021 model combines junction isolation, rear-side polishing and PSG/BSG removal in a single NIAK3 inline platform, processing 156–210 mm mono and multicrystalline wafers with throughputs up to 6.000 wph and very low CoO thanks to reduced acid consumption and a patented alkaline single-side etching process.
