Ecoprogetti testing and packing line

A complete PV Panels Back-End Production Line manufactured by Ecoprogetti in 2018 is available for sale in Europe.

The system consists of:

• an automatic Framing Station equipped with Comau robot;
• a complete Testing Station including high-voltage testing, electroluminescence inspection and IV flasher;
• a final Packaging Station for automatic label application, plastic corner application and stacking of PV modules onto pallets, equipped with Comau robot.

Description of Comau Robot: model SMART-5 NJ 110-3.0, 6-axis, cap. max.110 kg, reach max. 2980 mm.

Machine Setup: Trimmer and Framing machines were originally set up for module dimensions of 1.625 × 987 × 33 mm. They were modified from M2 to M4 format and are currently configured for M6 modules (1.714 × 1.041 × 33 mm).
