200MW Mondragon PV modules manufacturing Line

Pre-Owned 200MW/year PV module production line manufactured by Mondragon in 2023 is available in Europe.

The line is designed for the production of monofacial and bifacial PERC modules using M10 half-cut cells. It has been used to manufacture framed PV modules with formats ranging from 108 to 144 half-cells, and power ratings from 400W to 560W.

The equipment can be purchased as a complete production line or as individual machines.

List of Main Equipment

• 3x Mondragon Assembly MTS3000 stringers with configuration 10 busbars, 0.32 mm round copper wire (3.000 cells/h each stringer);
• 2x automatic robot lay-up stations with vision system and electroluminescence inspection;
• 1x automatic bussing station;
• 1x automatic second EVA cutting and loading station;
• 2x double-step automatic laminator (30 panels/h each laminator)
• 1x automatic edge-trimming machine;
• 1x integrated automatic gluing and framing system with gantry;
• 1x Gsola sun simulator / IV tester;
• 1x post-lamination electroluminescence and visual inspection system;
• longitudinal, lateral conveyors and transfer units;
